Handmade Light blue party hat with white trims and Pom, Number of your choosing in silver with white backing great for birthday photo shoots.

The hats are handmade by me using fabric and lined with felt.

Ribbon tabs are sewn on the inside with elastic attached to place around the back of the head.

The elastic can be untied and adjusted to the length to suit your little one.

The party hats are designed to sit on top of the head with elastic going to the back of the neck.

Hat measure approximately 12 cm high.
